How is this different from the open source pipelines?
cltk.ai runs the generative AI processing pipelines; today that means OpenAI’s ChatGPT sits behind the scenes powering each analysis.
How does pricing work?
Billing is per token submitted to the upstream LLM (our prompts plus your input). Each job returns a JSON payload shaped like the CLTK Doc.

Return policy
cltk.ai delivers digital analyses only—no physical goods are shipped—so there is no product return workflow.
Refunds and disputes
If metered usage is billed in error, email support within 14 days and we will adjust or refund the charge after review.
Cancelling access
You may cancel subscriptions or stop purchasing token packs at any time from the billing portal; outstanding balances remain payable.
Legal or export restrictions
Service is unavailable to users in jurisdictions where exporting U.S. AI services is prohibited; accounts violating export controls will be suspended.
Promotions
Any promotional credits or discounts expire on the stated date, apply only to eligible accounts, and cannot be combined unless explicitly noted.
